For a female, I have a furnished room in my penthouse condominium apartment 20 minutes away from Broadview station or 30 minutes away from Eglinton station. I am located at 5 Shady Golfway, Toronto, ON. M3C 3A5 (check it in MapQuest). The closest grocery store is located only six minutes bus ride, and other stores are 10 minutes walking distance. The closest public library is located two blocks away. There are two bus stops: one in front of the building and another at the end corner of the block. There is a golf field five minutes away. The building is surrounded by two parks and many trees. We have a gym, and an indoor swimming pool at the back of the building. I have laundry facilities in the apartment, a nice kitchen and a bathroom. We are two single professional women and you will be the third.
